Start by soaking the Wood Wrap in orange juice and water (50/50). Do this for one hour.
Meanwhile, cut the banana in half. Note: do not cut through the peel! Then press the pieces of rolo into the banana and top it off with a sprig of mint.
Then dissolve the Injection mix dessert from in water and inject the banana in various places.
Finally, tie up the Wood Wrap with butcher's twine and grill it for 15 minutes at 180 °C. Grill the first 10 minutes with direct heat and the last 5 minutes with indirect heat.
