BBQ Flavour Beech Smoking Board
The BBQ Flavour smoking boards can be used with direct heat by placing the board directly on the grill, but also with indirect heat by using a heat shield. The use of a heat shield will extend the life of the smoking boards. When using direct heat, the smoking boards will wear down faster, but will give the ingredients a more intense smoke flavor. The smoking boards are perfect for smoking smaller pieces of eel, pork, sausage and salmon. In addition to providing a delicious smoke flavor in an easy way, the smoking boards also serve as a beautiful way to present your dishes. The planks are 16 by 31.5 and 3cm in size and come in pairs.
